I just wrapped up a Kitchen Remodel and Shopped for Granite for my countertops and went to visit Castorena’s, Ian was very welcoming and informative through the process, He helped us pick out granite and a composite sink, He was not pushy through the process and was very patient and helpful, his quote was lower then other companies but his professionalism and knowledge is what set him apart from other companies .We changed the scope of work at the end phase and needed more granite and Ian helped us choose something that had more slabs for coverage purposes to stick with our tight scheduled install date. When the crew arrived to install granite they were very polite and kept there area clean, They also gave advice through installation process on what would look the best, I Highly recommend Castorenas for your Home remodel , We will be using them again for future remodels , James

We are remodeling our entire house. Castorena's worked with us from start to finish to provide Quartzsite countertops in the kitchen (4 pieces including a large L shape and an island), three bathrooms (4 pieces) and the laundry room (1 large counter). This was the first time my wife and I had been around natural stone. Ian (sales) was simply fantastic to work with. He guided us (never any pressure) through the entire process, giving us excellent suggestions and help. He kept us informed through the whole process. Castorena's met (kept) all of their schedule dates. Sonda did a great job in templating and again guided us through the process with lots of excellent questions and suggestions to make sure we got what WE wanted. Jackson and his crew arrived right on time and did an excellent job of both installing the counters AND answering all of my many questions. We had two small issues arise. One was handled on the spot with no delay or cost to us and to our complete satisfaction. The second minor issue is being addressed now. Both issues were handled promptly, without any push back or hesitation. This is a company that truly stands behind their work and their goal is complete customer satisfaction. The counter tops are beautiful and we are very happy we went with Castorena's Granite & Quartz. I highly recommend them!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I worked with Ian. He is knowledgable, fast, and friendly. They have a great selection of slabs and even will send you to their suppliers so you can see a larger selection. Their finishes are top notch. We also chose the rope edge which is just amazing, I was a bit nervous about how it would turn out but for no reason it is totally amazing. Castorena has exceeded our expectations, if we are ever in the market again we will without hesitation use them for our home.

Castorena's is my new favorite place!! I was working with another Granite place in Loveland and had a really bad experience. I was offered to work with Castorena's and was very hesitant because of my experience. They went above and beyond, didn't charge me anything extra and fixed all of the issues that had happened with the other place. I really appreciated their understanding and professional approach to fixing my issues. Sonda is awesome, knowledgeable and goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied with the plan and work. Dustin has been so easy to work with and has made each step so easy. Sarah at the shop was so patient and helpful when I was trying to pick out my new countertops and bathroom vanity top. She actually helped me go through all of the remnants, yes piece by piece, so I could find just the right one! I highly recommend Castorena's for all of your home remodel needs. They truly know what it means to provide top notch customer service. Thank you everyone at Castorena's!!

We recently had to replace a kitchen sink and needed a granite countertop re-cut in order to fit a new sink. We were talking to 3 different countertop companies, and Castorena's price was very competitive. When we were finally ready to move forward, the other companies couldn't get us on the schedule for weeks. Castorena's was able to fit us right in, as they had a cancellation. Their team was professional, hard-working, pleasant, and did an amazing job of cutting and polishing the countertop on-site!

We just had Castorena's complete our kitchen countertops and a bathroom vanity (using what remained of the slab we had purchased). We had a really positive experience working with them. They were friendly and helpful from beginning to end, and we especially appreciated how many samples they had available in their showroom. When it was discovered on install day that a couple pieces had been measured incorrectly, they owned the issue immediately and had new pieces cut and installed by the end of that week.

I looked at 4 other solid surface companies while I searched for the kitchen and bath counter tops that I wanted, and when I walked into Castorena's showroom I knew I had finally found the place... even before seeing the quartz that I was looking for. They had exactly what I wanted for at a great price and the customer service has been exemplary. Sara and Maria in the showroom, Sonda who measured for the template, and the installers Jack and Zack have been fantastic. I would not go anywhere else for anything that Castorena's sells.

I just got off the phone with a young lady at Castorena's, and I regret not getting her name. I had what I thought to be an odd question. I called to ask if there was an adhesive strong enough to bond a broken piece of marble. In my case, a 2'x2'x2" piece that, after 20 plus years of getting pounded on in my leather shop, finally broke in two. She was great! We talked for a few minutes, with her offering ideas', and where to possibly get the needed epoxy. Again, I'm sorry I didn't her name, but hopefully she will see this, and know that her time, patience, and friendly demeanor was greatly appreciated!!! Thank you!!!

Dustin at the Cheyenne showroom was amazing. I really wanted a certain quartz for our kitchen countertops for the perimeter of our kitchen but it fell just a little too high for the budget we’d agreed on. We’d already chosen the quartz for our island countertop and Dustin knew we wanted something that had blue in it with the main color being white. He went out of his way to find a little less expensive quartz for our main kitchen countertops and it was perfect. It brought the price down so everything fell into our price range and it looks amazing. Everyone at Castorena’s was amazing and I wish I could remember all of their names, but sadly, I don’t. I’d recommend Castorena’s, & already have to a couple of friends, to all of my friends and family. I would not have anyone else do my countertops or anything I want quartz or granite in. They’re amazing.

I am so impressed with Castorenas. I contacted several granite contractors and companies for a medium size repair to my bezel edge granite counter top, and I’m so glad I chose Castorenas! Their customer service was prompt and courteous, and the repair work is impeccable. The gentleman who completed the work was professional and honest, and the work was completed extremely quickly. I did not have them install my countertops, but if I ever need additional granite I will absolutely go nowhere else but Castorenas. Wonderful company!!

If you are looking for granite supplier and fabricator in the area, look no further. Castorena's has a wide selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff and best of all, they stand behind their products and work.

My family and I visited Castorena's first on our journey to select new kitchen counter tops and request price quotes. Sonda met us with a smile, showed us their products and finishes, answered all our questions and provided us with on the spot quotes based on the measurements we brought in with us. Being a large financial investment, we decided to shop around. We visited 3 other counter top companies throughout the same week. This is what we found - no other company had the showroom or selection Castorena's did; no other company would provide on the spot quotes; and no other company had the knowledge Castorena's did.

After deciding Castorena's was the company for us we visited Sonda again to look at additional options. She provided us with updated quotes and Kailey later followed up with us to get us on the schedule for on-site measurements and schedule template review and install. Meanwhile my husband and I had a million questions about how to prepare our kitchen, what to use to clean the counter tops once they were installed, etc. Kailey was always available to answer all our questions. She met with us in freezing cold temps and wind to template our slab and even helped us add a small pass through project to our order as well. She kept us up-to-date on everything throughout the process.

Next came install day - the install crew did a great job. They were on-time, respectful of our home, kind and efficient. The owner, Isidro, was onsite and leading the install. He noticed a small crack in our pass through piece and said he would not install it and would remake it for us. We were impressed with that small action. Most companies would have just installed the piece and hoped we wouldn't notice or mind. The next week, Kailey followed up with us and helped us select a new piece for that part of our project and get us on the schedule for the install of the pass through.

We were so very happy with our new kitchen counter tops. My husband and I later hired a different company/individual to install a tile back splash to complete our partial kitchen remodel. Unfortunately, during install, that particular individual scratched up our beautiful new counter tops with his tools. I was devastated. We called Kailey and she scheduled someone to come out and take a look. They promptly got us on the schedule for a counter top repair. Isidro came out to work on the repair. WOW - he is a miracle worker. He worked hard to restore our counter tops back to perfection. He truly knows what he is doing! Our kitchen counter tops look AMAZING!! Thank you Isidro, Kailey Sonda, and all the wonderful folks at Castorena's!!!

From the first time I set foot in Castorena’s Marble and Granite, I knew this was the company I wanted to work with. I enjoyed the pressure free browsing, knowing (and experiencing) their expertise was there when I had questions.

Moving forward in the process, I continued to receive excellent customer service and support from Kailey—I am so glad I had her help throughout! She really has a lot of knowledge, is a problem solver, and took the stress out of this portion of my kitchen and bathroom renovations.

The installers were professional, polite, and on time. The end results are gorgeous. It’s no wonder Castorena’s has the best reputation in town! I would absolutely use them again.

Castorena Marble was a perfect fit for what we needed...I want all of you who read this to know that I am a retired professional kitchen and bath remodeler...Castorena could'nt have done a better job!. I shopped them all...Kailey ,who was our first introduction to Castorena, was positive, informative and our go to gal...LOVE her...Dustin knew his stuff and got it done.. plus the added extra he provided to make it perfect...The installers were ALWAYS on time and respectful of our home. There was a glitch...all remodels have them...and Isisdro who I believe is the owner.. was there on the spot and handled it above and beyond .beyond...Impressive...One more thing...These install crews are amazing...professional and a delight to work with! You can not go wrong with Castorena....I will be hiring them for my next 2 bath remodel.

The Fort Collin's Castorena crew are awesome! I had granite countertops put into 3 bathrooms and they did a fantastic job. My master bath has a very unusual horseshoe vanity and they were able to cut and install the granite in one piece – it looks beautiful! More importantly, everyone there was great to work with (Jay, Dustin, Kailee and the installers). They were very helpful, responsive and patient—I changed my mind numerous times on one of my bathrooms. I also felt I got a great value, a great price and product. Next time I am looking for a fabricator Castorena’s will be my first and last stop.

We were referred to Castorena, and they did a great job! We had granite counters installed in our kitchen and in one bathroom . Everything was cut nicely, f.e. around the sinks following the specs they measured. Even it was very tide with the size of the granite -, they made the impossible possible and it fits perfect!. They gave us addresses, where we could find our granite (it was not easy), always they showed up in time, there was no problem changing the edges a couple of times, yes, they didn´t always called back - but everything worked out perfect and exactly on the day and time they penciled us in at the beginning. We highly recommend this local company.

I asked them to do a small job for me. I am not sure if they even are accustomed to doing the type of thing I asked them for. They took the job and exceeded my expectations. Thank You Castorena Marble and Granite!!!

I just had quartz counters installed in my kitchen and bathroom by Castorena. I am absolutely thrilled at the results. Dustin was a pleasure to work with and his installers were amazing. Everything was cut to the sink and cook top specs I gave them so everything fit perfectly. They even made 2 support posts out of the quartz for my hanging cabinet, replacing the painted wooden ones and making it look incredibly elegant. I highly recommend this company for customer service and quality of work.

Great Local Company. We were referred to Castorena from my brother in Law, and after seeing the work Castorena provided for them we had no question that we wanted to use them for our countertops. Dustin and the rest of the Castorena crew worked with us throughout the whole pre process ( selection and design) and the installation was stunning. We referred my sister to them and they had the exact experience we did. Picking out granite and getting it installed can be a painful experience, but Castorena made it easy. Don't hesitate doing business with this company.
